CHECK-IN:

You will be contacted by our staff to register your documents via our Guest Portal; you will need to provide an ID for all guests.
🔑 The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed online check-in.

TOURIST TAX: The city tax is charged per person per night for the first 5 nights and is payable at check-in. Minors, residents, and law enforcement officers on duty are exempt.

CHECK-OUT:
🕥 Check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you have different requests, please contact us—we will be happy to help if possible.
